Sadly, Barry passed away in July of 2016. Barry was Of-Counsel to Strassburg, Gilmore & Wei, LLP, and his experience and mentorship helped shape the firm since we started in 2007. Barry had been a practicing attorney since being licensed in 1974. Barry practiced law in the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and Singapore. He was chief counsel for the International Container Port in Manila and has practiced before the Supreme Court in the Philippines. He will be missed and remembered.
