Justin enjoys nothing more than obtaining justice for his clients through trial by jury.

He has achieved numerous notable jury verdicts including a $7.8M verdict against Pacific Tank Lines, a $5M verdict against Amazon, and a $3.9M verdict against Healthcare Services.  He is a member of ABOTA, the American Board of Trial Advocates, holding the rank of Associate.  He is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s  famous Trial Lawyers College at Thunderhead Ranch in Wyoming.  He has studied under Don Keenan in Atlanta.  In 2018, he was nominated for Trial Lawyer of the Year by CAALA, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, which is the associations highest honor.   He is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum whose membership is limited to lawyers who have won multi-million dollar cases and whose membership consists of less than 1% of all lawyers in the United States.

In his free time, Justin plays the saxophone, piano and guitar. He is an avid sailor and has crewed in long distance races, including the Newport Beach to Ensenada Mexico boat race. He is an open water swimmer, and won the “Escape from Alcatraz” swim across the San Francisco bay in his age group in 1999. He trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Master Roger Machado in Pasadena, holding the rank of Brown Belt.  Justin lives in La Canada Flintridge with his family.  On the weekends he can be found at his daughter’s wrestling tournaments and his son’s ice hockey games.

4. Life is 20% what happens to you, and 80% how you react to it
